Welcome!

SYNAPSE is back! Several moons have passed since our acclaimed World Premiere of THE PHOENICIAN WOMEN at The Ohio Theatre last November, but we have been busier than ever!

My deepest thanks to all of you who have attended our fundraisers and contributed to SYNAPSE in the last few months. Your support has made an enormous difference to what we can achieve with our work. You, our community, have played an integral role in the process of creating provocative theatre that empowers people with ideas - tools that can promote and provoke change. Thank you so much!

THE ORWELL PROJECT is coming! We are already deep in pre-production for our upcoming multi-media productions of 1984 and ANIMAL FARM. Utilizing everything from surveillance cameras to enormous horse masks, from video projections to shadow puppets, these shows are going to be eye-popping on every level, and they will give new, sparkling voice to George Orwell, whose extraordinary stories are now more prophetic than ever.
