2005
The William and Mary Greve Foundation has provided generous financial
support to Synapse, making possible the productions and education
programming that have helped us become a presence in the dynamic
New York theatre scene. We are thrilled that once again the foundation
has offered Synapse a challenge: If we raise $40,000 in contributions
by June 1, 2005, every donation will be matched by the foundation.
Which means that every single dollar you give will actually be worth
$2; every $50 you give will be worth $100! It sounds easy, but to
succeed, we need your help!
Maybe you were considering a contribution later in 2005, but NOW
IS THE TIME to make your generous (and fully tax-deductible) investment
in the future of Synapse. Contributions of all sizes are welcome;
since December 1st, when the challenge was announced, we have raised
more than $17,000! It’s a great start, but we still have way
to go!
